Mini-Review: The Binding of Isaac

So, a little over two weeks ago, The Binding of IsaacÂ came out on Steam. The game was created by Edmund McMillen, who comprises half of Team Meat, the developers responsible for putting out Super Meat BoyÂ last year. Now, while Team Meat continues to work on their next project, McMillen has worked with Florian Himsl and Super Meat BoyÂ composer Danny Baranowsky to release this little side project. As a big fan of SMB, especially the music and art style, I was already pretty much sold on the game. Hit the jump to see if I can sell you on it as well.

From the comfort of a local movie theater

Iâ€™m not sure how many of our readers are also Broadway fans and geeks but I figure there has to be a few of you. I certainly am a HUGE Broadway geek and last night I got the chance to see a stage production of my favorite musical from the comfort (and cheaper ticket price) of a movie theater.Â

You see, itâ€™s time to celebrate the 25^th anniversary of Andrew Lloyd Weberâ€™s â€œPhantom of the Operaâ€. While I canâ€™t afford to travel to see it, they are doing something for the fans (or â€œphansâ€ as I prefer to be called).Â
